A story contains a plot, characters and a lesson. But what happens when an oral epic is told with none of that? The composers in “Aural Epic” have deliberately painted an undefined story, the interpretation of which is left to the listener. With vivid sonic depictions drawn from a word or a concept, the stories heard are strikingly objective.
